Case Study 3: Leah, Environmentalist
Polished speaker wanting to make a difference

Arrival: Leah sounded confident whenever she spoke and never needed notes. However, she felt hollow after speaking and her audiences were not responding with the enthusiasm she was after. She was starting to feel resentful and ineffective.

Completion: Leah connected with her own heart and to that of her audience. She used graphic, simple stories that made her point for her and made her easy to relate to. Leah got her petitions signed and people excited. She started enjoying herself.
